The other night I returned home from possibly work, but I can't quite remember at this time, and parked my car in my usual parking spot. Upon exiting the vehicle I spotted a rather offended looking deer standing behind me. A strange sense crept up inside of me to apologize to it but I didn't because at the moment there was no reason too. So I turned my back on the accusing stare and went inside.
Less than five minutes later the giggling band of sisters that are mine returned breathless with an excited story about chasing a deer through traffic trying to keep it safe from the speeding cars. All three of them, (Puddingface, Icca Chou, and Theodore) were telling me of the event at the same time and growing louder trying to talk over each other.
From the collected words I was able to translate out of the noise, I gathered that as they were coming home, Icca Chou spotted the deer and pointed and screamed. Not out of fear mind you, but simply because that is how she proclaims her awe and excitement. The other two followed with much screaming since it was dark and Icca screamed.
Then when all three realized the helpless animal before them, and out of the goodness of their hearts, they charged at the poor thing fearing it would be hit by a passing car. Of course the deer failed to see how this was an act of kindness from the girls and leaped into traffic. (it was around 10 pm so there really wasn't traffic in our residential area) Seeing nothing else to do, the girls gave chase.
There was some more giggling and talking over each other and I gathered that the deer vanished into the next door neighborhood before my sisters gave up and came home. Anyways I thought that was fun to write and now have run out of things to say. Except these are my sisters and Theodore is rather illusive so I actually have no picture of her.
