Friends like these

You know that saying "who needs enemy's when you have friends like these?"

Tonight when the Rixxi Raph and I met up to say our goodbyes yet again, there was an incident. Our place of meeting was the gray hound parking lot, and when we got there the Rixxi had to use the restroom. So I waited with the car till Raph showed up and she mentioned the use of a restroom as well. So we went inside the station in search of the desired facilities and Mikey (Mikey and Rixxi are the same person).

Now upon entering the lobby there was a woman security guard blocking the way to the restroom. That is odd all in its self. Aside from that Mikey had previously told the guard that she had been waiting in the parking lot and asked permission to use the restroom. It was granted and them a few minutes we come dawdling along and get halted by the guard.

"What can I do for you ladies?" she asks. "Are you taking the bus? Waiting for a passenger? Looking for a bathroom? because this is not a public bathroom and you have to go down a couple blocks to the public-"

We interrupted her... We thanked her for the directions and asked if she had seen our friend, while giving a description of our companion. The woman stopped.

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and every one looks at you cause your guilty but you seem to have amnesia about the crime you're being accused of?

"You mean that young lady wasn't truthful with me? She lied to me?!" and then she got a really serious look on her face. "I'm gonna let you two through just this once but you make sure and tell your friend that lying is not okay and she is no longer welcome here."

......."Sure." we said and scooted by. The woman was just a tad intimidating. Needless to say we felt a little bad for blowing up our accomplice's scam while single handily giving her description to the guard. Rixxi felt the same way. Yet we all made it safely back to the car with no more reprimanding from the vanishing ninja lady security guard.

Well that was one of our adventures for the evening.

THE END!

Yesterday!

Yesterday was an epic day! I met up with my dear Penguin whom I haven't seen since our tragic last day of school two whole years ago! And I met up with her and our plans were to have fun for the day, but an epic adventure filled with much fun was something that we could not have predicted.

Penguin leaped into the car...(this is my friend Penguin, I call her this because before I met her people thought she looked like a penguin and she liked the idea of being a cute swimming bird type thing, and when we met I asked her if she had a nick name and she told me the story and thus she is known as Penguin) So Penguin leaped into the car and we chattered while driving out of the neighborhood.

Still we had no plans of what to do for the day, so I asked her. She mentioned an animal shelter just down the road and we could go look at cute animals for a while. That sounded like fun. Off we went! As it turns out however Penguin had motives for going. three weeks prior, Penguin's dear mom lost her cat and so my friend being a good daughter wanted to see if the cat had shown up at the shelter.

Sadly the kitty was not there, yet we still had fun playing with the kitty's. I saw this one and had to take a picture. While I was doing that, the volunteers had struck up a conversation with my friend and were talking about a specific fluffy white cat, residing in the corner. After a ten minute conversation it was proclaimed that the giant fluffy white cat was just what Penguin's mom needed! we raced back to the car and drove back to the house to spirit away Mrs. Penguin.

She socialised with the monster fluff ball known as "SuperBowl" for a half hour before paying the twelve dollar adoption fee and taking him home. That is the happy story of how my penguin family adopted a new kitty yesterday.

And before I end this post let it be known that amidst our adventures yesterday i also pulled old reliable into a parking space and had to push the car out myself...but that didn't work cause I'm a feather weight but not unlike epic musicals a crowd of people appeared out of no where and helped us out. It was FANTASTIC!!!

THE ENDNESSSSS!!!!
